Disliked: None.

Overall, hotel was nice but not being warned of damage and being placed on this floor after paying so much money was upsetting. Felt that the floor should have been closed considering the amount of damage.

Liked: Room was nice; breakfast was good.
Disliked: Floor we were on had water damage. Fans/blowers were everywhere - we had to navigate halls trying to avoid blowers and cords to get to our room. Sounded like we were staying at an airport with all the noise - we were not told of this before we reached our floor.

Superb

Liked: Location,is excellent with short walk to restaurants and bars and shuttle bus stops (aquarium to Choo Choo all free).Breakfast not bad tbh but no gluten free options. Coffee machine good but often no creamers unless ask. Instant pancakes were apparently ok.... Indoor pool nice and warm, laundry machines are good value
Disliked: Some staff not very friendly, just standard patter with no feeling or willing to assist.beyond answering monotone.

Disliked: Having to pay $12 to park overnight when we were already paying to stay there!

Liked: The room was large, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly. It was quiet too.
Disliked: The hotel was exactly as promoted so there were no surprises.and we were happy with our stay.

Liked: Nice size room, clean and tidy.
Disliked: Paying for parking at a hotel, considering the locationof the hotel it was not to prevent others using it as its outside of the main centre of town, just an additional cost.

Disliked: Very old and very very noisy air conditioner in the room. Disturbed the sleep so much I had to switch it off.
