Disliked: Housekeeping was not great. Keys didn’t work well had to get new keys 4 times!

Very Good accomodations. Excellent for...

Liked: We ppreciated the location. I have taken into consideration of the ongoing renovations that caused a need for a room change quickly after gettin into our room. The woman at the desk was totally awesome. Jessica. She had to clean another room for us to move to. The problem with flushing the toilet was not repair with the plunger. Jessica was fast and accomodating.
Disliked: More help for the front desk.

Great hotel but they will...

Liked: Great room
Disliked: The problem that I had was a boys basketball team won there game and came in the hotel around 11pm and were allowed to be extremely loud up 4am . SlammingDoors on purpose right outside my room like 10 times in a row and yelling and partying very loudly all night . I barely slept . Nice hotel but zero management after hours

Honestly it was very mediocre.

Liked: The property was kind of run down. The door beside us didn’t even have a door handle. Our room had a hole in the wall with a horrible patch job. The pool was not heated.
Disliked: Everything listed above and the beds were so uncomfortable. Plus the shower took forever to get warm.
