Decent but could use some...

Liked: I loved the staff was very friendly and helped get the bedding we needed and also the morning breakfast staff lady was super sweet. The beds were soft and tv guide helped since we don’t usually use live tv it helped us find things we would like to watch. LOVED they had actually shampoo & conditioner that are not tiny since we are a family of 6 and the tiny bottles never work for us. Dove and Olay is our favorite so they had dove that worked perfect. Easy check in and check out.
Disliked: The bathroom walls bubbling off, sink in room leaking & mini fridge didn’t work and was leaking from side. Both elevators sounded a little scary.

Liked: Staff and location was great.
Disliked: It was too noisy. Both nights for hours. Someone over my room was run and jumping. Then I tried to call front desk phone was working properly. I had to call off my cell phone. Manager gave me discount, when checking out and still haven’t received my refund and it’s been a month. Pancake machine was down both days.

Liked: I really appreciated how Sarah the general Manager took the time and effort to help my family to figure out a very unexpected situation with our booking. Sarah took the time to find the solution without hesitation,to ensure the comfort of our stay was not impacted negatively. Even after checking out. She was available to check in after we were home to make sure that issue was resolved. Many blessings on her!! Thank you Sarah! We will stay again!
Disliked: Just the AC wasn't working properly in the room. So, it was a bit warm overnight.
