Convenient stay close to Excelsior...

Liked: Closest hotel to Excelsior . Staff offered use of nearby fitness facility - but on the last night of our stay :( Complimentary water with lemon & cucumbers was nice.
Disliked: Hotel was Under Construction during our stay - pool & hot tub unavailable , door to outside by pool was not secure ( unlocked ) from the outside during construction. Messy area in front of soda /ice machine . Loud noises close to room from construction next door . Staff not visible from front desk . Breakfast was average , staff in kitchen seemed unapproachable .

Disliked: The AC was broken and we were still checked into the room mind you during a heat advisory. The room should have been taken out of order. Staff was rude and to busy socializing to help at the front desk

Liked: Great water pressure for shower, perfect complimentary breakfast, room darkening shade made the room DARK. We came up from Cedar Falls, Iowa to see the performance of Grease at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. We will definitely be returning to this hotel for all our Minneapolis area trips. Thankyou so much for providing such a nice place to stay.

Liked: location was excellent, attended funeral in Excelsior
Disliked: room had been remodeled and they were working on the room next to it. Paint smell almost unbearable.Disappointed as made reservations well in advance.
