Never go to this place...

Liked: We had stayed there before and it was fine.
Disliked: Our last stay was on a Saturday night. All was good until we went to bed around ten. We were on the 3rd floor and it turned into a party in the hallway. People yelling and shouting, doors slamming and people stomping up and down the hallway. This went on until 3:00am. I talked to a woman in the lobby that was on the same floor and she said that she experienced the same. When I mentioned it to the front desk they just shrugged it off with no comment. Also my credit card was double charged, but I got that resolved.

I will never stay again.

Disliked: There was no water!!! We checked in at midnight and the water is planned to be off for 4-6 hours…no notification prior to arrival. Absolutely unacceptable. No refund offered or reduced rate.

Liked: Our check in was fabulous and unfortunately I neglected to get the young man's name that was at the counter. He was personable and he had actually read my request for a quiet area on the top floor. I was impressed. Breakfast foods were plentiful and varied, something for everyone. The whole hotel was very clean.
Disliked: There wasn't anything to dislike.

Disliked: The property was not clean, there were no elevators and the room had some basic construction issues- the bathtub was extremely slippery.
