Rip off *

Liked: Nothing to talk about
Disliked: Small room, no TV listing chart, no printed info in room. Very small trash cans. Coffee pot did not work. Not enough towels. Very Dry breakfast biscuits,horrible eggs, horrible tasting coffee.Overpriced items and small variety at lobby stores. The room prices were as high as places with room service, in-house restaurant, and bar and a better location.

Disappointing

Liked: There was a leak in the bathroom that no one came to fix. I was also checked out at 930 am because someone found a card with my room number on it.
Disliked: Maintenance

Not satisfied

Liked: The price was way over priced
Disliked: The price for one night was 249. Too high and I booked a double queen and ended up with a king. I inquired about it and was told by the employee that we (holiday inn) have no control what booking.com send so it was like an oh well type of response. I felt was rude
