Would not stay here again

Liked: Breakfast was decent your basic continental breakfast
Disliked: The room was humid even with their fan in the room. The window did not have a screen on it. The hotel is older. Do your research before you stay here. located off the freeway

Liked: Second morning I was there the breakfast was so horrible and the lady serving the food was so rude and with a horrible attitude. Maid was so lazy did not clean the room and didn't give us not even a towel. No good experience, not coming back to this hotel.

Good location, friendly staff

Liked: The breakfast was ok, a variety of selections
Disliked: The pancake machine would sometimes spit out pancakes that were not totally cooked...more like dough

Liked: The receptionist seemed nice when I checked in.
Disliked: This will be my last booking with booking.com. I paid $170 more than my friends who booked their rooms directly with the hotel the same day as I made my reservation. Booking.com did not price match when we attempted to address this. I was disappointed and embarrassed.

Great other than smell of...

Liked: Pool and jacuzzi fantastic Lobby and staff fantastic
Disliked: Rug smelled like old dog maybe air conditioner not sure

It was dirty.

Liked: We liked the breakfast and the sink in the bathroom.
Disliked: Our room wasn't clean properly. The refrigerator had hair in it. Also, there were hair in the sink, on the toilet, and throughout the bathroom. The jacuzzi was too small and the beach was too far.

Liked: The breakfast was good quite a few items for a free breakfast! The coffee was good!The room and facilities were very clean and the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Our stay was too short!!
