Had a very good stay

Liked: Very clean and close to interstate
Disliked: AC unit in room noisy

Good

Liked: Accommodating friendly staff, nice breakfast and swimming area. Clean with comfortable sized room. Location was central to our activities and food and health needs.
Disliked: My wife picked our room because of the handicap accessibility. The handicapped room we were initially assigned was as far from the elevator as possible on the third floor. We did ask to be reassigned and that outcome was favorable. It also resolved the problem of not having a microwave or refrigerator. Apparently standard rooms do not have those features. not good for us. Also there was a theft from a guests car in the parking lot. That would have been nice to know. The person reporting the theft did not get any help from the desk staff in reporting to police.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Booking.com showed this location as having a water slide, which it did not, and it was one of the reason we booked this location. It was disappointing for the children, and false advertising.

All good except the wifi...

Liked: The facility was exceptional
Disliked: They couldn’t get our Apple phone and laptop connected to wifi. That’s was for sure not good

Liked: Nice food selection and setting
Disliked: Carpet in hallway needs replacing. Looseness and wrinkling are a hazard for a mobility impaired person. Bed in handicapped room too low and soft for handicapped person

Clean and peaceful

Liked: Clean, nice staff, nice pool. Loved our room.
Disliked: Bed was hard so was uncomfortable to sleep.

Liked: No refrigerator in room. No microwave. Still same price as Hampton. No pool-jacuzzi should lower price.
Disliked: If no pool-jacuzzi, no fridge or microwave, the price should be lower.
