Night staff needs some work...

Liked: Property was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The night staff was awful! We stood for almost 10 minutes waiting on someone to check us in after 14+ hours in the car. Once someone came up we got zero apologies. Just went straight to “can I help you?” With a bored look on his face. There was zero respect given. The morning staff was fantastic!!! Especially the lady running breakfast. She was over the top with our boys and smiling and greeting everyone that came in.

Liked: I tried to cancel or change the date, but I got the run around and they ignored my requests and did not help at all. Bad customer service!
Disliked: Serve the customer. Communicate!

Disliked: Air conditioning was faulty, loud. The hallways seemed dirty and smelly. The rooms were nice except for the AC

The person at the front...

Disliked: The area was not the best. TV wasn't working but they fixed it. Some crumbs on the floor in corner. Found a hair when I pulled the sheet back. Kids were jumping off the beds upstairs. I told front desk person. He said he would talk to them but he really couldn't do much.
