Liked: The bed was comfy. The shower and bathroom was nice. i requested to be in our room at 2-3 pm. We needed to get in to get ready for a funeral visitation. It wasnt ready. They gave me an upgrade to a suite. He didnt have to do that, but i really appreciated it.
Disliked: The suite that he gave us was just 2 rooms with a connecting door. We could of done without. It was just odd. Looked like an after thought. my husband didnt like the breakfast. we have stayed in Holiday Inn Express and this one was not a Holiday Inn Express. It lacked everything that HIE is.

Liked: the room was very nice. I have no complaints about the cleanliness or set up or comfort of our room.The lobby staff was super friendly & the room was very comfortable(besides the walls being SO THIN we couldn't get any rest).
Disliked: we paid for a balcony room & we got a ground level porch overlooking an alley & dumpster. The walls were so thin we could not sleep because we could hear both our neighbors TV, their entire conversations, as well as all the staff coming & going because we were near the break room & laundry room. We were highly disappointed. We paid money for 1) a balcony we did not have & 2) the worst sleep due to the lack of privacy(?) that came with the thin walls, loud neighbors & night time staff. was not worth our stay.

Liked: Location
Disliked: I ask the cleaning person for a trash bag, she acted like she could not speak English and she spoke in Spanish to another cleaning person and pointed at the front desk. I can speak a little Spanish so I knew what she was asking so I went to the front desk and ask for a trash bag and they said we will have one sent to your room shortly. I left about 50 minutes later and no one showed. I went to the lobby and turned in my card as I was leaving and the same two cleaning persons was still standing around talking. I will not go there again

Liked: There wasn't much I didn't like. It was very clean and the breakfast was good. The location was very convenient to the activities we did while there.
Disliked: The parking was not fun. Very little parking in front. If someone stopped in front of the door to go in and register you have to back out of the entire parking lot which is not easy. Parking in the back is difficult due to the hill. I had trouble with my knees trying to walk up the hill to the door.
