Otherwise the stay was wonderful

Liked: The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I paid for a king suite with a jet tub when got to room 102 it only had a shower. They moved us to a 2 queen room 221 to find out it only had a shower. Then we were moved to rm 105 that only had a bath. They said they had renovations. No longer have jet tubs. We were looking forward to a jet tub and a king suite.

Comfortable stay

Liked: I did like that there was always infused cold water available as well unlimited coffee available in the foyer. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was ample free parking.
Disliked: There seemed to be confusion about getting the room serviced, Although I asked 2 different people the beds never got made the entire stay. They did replaced towels. The Wi-Fi reception was very sketchy.

Liked: I liked the location, the room was nice and spacious. There was a boy at the front desk that was super sweet. Attended college there.
Disliked: There was no conditioner in the bathroom it was out. Kind of hard to request when you’re taking a shower. There was a tv guide, but you could not use the guide. You could flip through channels, but not see what was on or flip through the guide channels. Our phone was not plugged in and the cord was in and under the shelf so there was no way to plug it in myself. At the gym, My son went to workout and the weight bench that’s shown in picture was not in there. My biggest complaint the breakfast staff there was an older lady, bigger that opened the breakfast platters, the spoons fell and she had a big attitude about it and started complaining in the back to the other lady. Then someone’s child came in and yelled just for a quick minute as young children do and she looked up in front of people and said “oh my go*” she had no reason to do that parents have a hard enough time keeping their children calm without rude people like that. And honestly I didn’t hear the child after that so her comment was unnecessary. Also shook her head at someone that came to grab a table before she could clean it as if those people even knew. It sat dirty for a minute or two and they didn’t know she was waiting to clean it.
