Very good

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly.
Disliked: I am a type 2 diabetic. Now I realize the breakfast is complimentary, however there were no options that were sugar free. I was unable to have anything other than coffee and an apple for breakfast. I wish hotels would address this issue.

I am writing to formally...

Liked: I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the stay at your hotel from Saturday, May 3rd to Sunday, May 4th, 2025. My experience was extremely distressing and not at all what I had expected from your establishment. At approximately 12:00 AM on May 4th, the fire alarm went off, forcing me to evacuate the hotel with my two minor children. We were outside in the cold and rain for a total of 39 minutes while awaiting further instructions. Fire officials responded and cleared the hotel, assuring guests it was safe to return. However, only a few hours later, at around 3:00 AM, the fire alarm went off again, causing further disruption and distress. This experience was highly uncomfortable, inconvenient, and concerning, especially as I had to ensure the safety and well-being of my children during this incident. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be addressed and whether any compensation or remedies will be offered to make up for the distress caused during our stay.I look forward to your prompt response.Sincerely, Karina Herrera

Worst hotel stay ever!

Liked: The hotel was clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. They were out of everything. The coffee had grounds in it. The fire alarm went off at 12:15 AM. We stood outside for 30 minutes. They never told us what happened. It went off again at 1:30 AM. We went downstairs again and They told us we could go back to our rooms and they would let us know if it was an actual emergency. The directions for the name of the hotel took us to a hotel that was closed and they directed us to the other hotel. It was overall a bad hotel experience!!

If you looking for what...

Liked: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The overall building and grounds were very untidy. The breakfast was more than enough. My particular room had very very low water pressure and a hole in the bathroom door?
Disliked: The hole in my bathroom door and zero water pressure

Great location for what we...

Liked: Everyone was very friendly!
Disliked: They happened to be recarpeting some of the building and it was a lot of banging which was unpleasant. Of course it did stop by the time we went to bed. Also, there was almost no water pressure in the bathroom at all.

Anyways, I refuse to pay...

Liked: I am highly upset because your staff is trying to charge me $200. I’m not sure why because they said the room was “dirty” when I left it. But what really happened was my boyfriend who hasn’t been very good to me. Lately came in the hotel after me. His name was not on the booking. He didn’t use his ID and it wasn’t his card and yeah, when he showed Sunday,Today I did let him in for a while. We obviously had to check out around 11 but I ended up making my boyfriend leave probably around 10 1030 because we’ve gotten an argument and I was told by a different hotel that he had brought a female into my room because they had given him a key because they had seen him with me. When he knew I wouldn’t let him back in. He went to the front desk spoke to the man who I believe is the manager. He is black has a beard he called up to my room same time as my “boyfriend” was knocking again telling me to let him in the room and he needs to speak to him on the phone, I said didn’t he just come down there? This isn’t his room I don’t wanna let him back in. He told me I had to leave immediately and then I needed to let that man back in I said, why is he checking in after me? Because I paid for the Friday to Sunday. He said no, and then he would not explain himself why I need to let him, Karnell in the room and he told me he would call the cops if not. My ex was physically fighting with me in there, which is my I made him leave. I was screaming at the top of my lungs hoping somebody was actually gonna come to the door make him leave. I’m very concerned about the situation that I was trying to explain to the manager that had this problem in the past. C it’s been an ongoing issue for me for about a year now just the other day I was at the Hilton in Marlboro I checked in alone. I had them call me in the room when he got there they did not give him a key then later on he went up to the front desk after he had been seen with me up there.
