Our room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a good experience. I would recommend it.
Disliked: I was a bit disappointed that we had to pay for parking. I can understand if people who are not guests park at the hotel, but we had already paid for the room, so I would assume that a parking space would be included with that. Are there really that many people who come to the hotel by public transportation? I would assume most people would have a car when they come to the hotel.

Liked: Everything else about the hotel was great!
Disliked: Parking was awful and inadequate. I do understand there were several events going on in town, but the lot is not nearly large enough to support the place.

It was a great stay...
Liked: The breakfast was great and there were different choices each day when it came to the hot bar. The room was small but neat and met our needs. The location was 10-15 minutes by car from major historical sites.
Disliked: The parking lot was small and I worried we could not find a spot but we did.

Disappointing
Liked: The one front desk lady was wonderful.The other front desk person was very wasrudeamdlooked unkempt.
Disliked: No parking and the employees park where guests can park. They should use the extra lot. There was some large pieces of hair on the floor and as stated before the fron desk male wasn't friendly.

Disappointing
Disliked: Aministration personel is incompetent. I had 400 USD taken from my bank account and once asked at administration about it twice, it was not even checked but said it was not hotels fault. Only after asking for a third time during checkout money was returned and apologized as it was hotels fault. Additionally we needed to pay 50 USD at check-in that was not returned yet. With all this additional stress we could not relax the whole stay. Would never recommend to book this hotel and specially not thourgh booking.com - as apprantly they do not communicate with this facility normally.

Great location, simple, clean.
Liked: The location, the staff, and the rooms were great. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The WiFi is a bit rough especially if you’re trying to conduct business meetings.
