Our room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a good experience. I would recommend it.

Disliked: I was a bit disappointed that we had to pay for parking. I can understand if people who are not guests park at the hotel, but we had already paid for the room, so I would assume that a parking space would be included with that. Are there really that many people who come to the hotel by public transportation? I would assume most people would have a car when they come to the hotel.

Liked: Everything else about the hotel was great!
Disliked: Parking was awful and inadequate. I do understand there were several events going on in town, but the lot is not nearly large enough to support the place.

Liked: Easy to get to public transportation. Always like to stay at Holiday inn express cuz I know what to expect.
Disliked: No problems.

Liked: Facilities was average
Disliked: They stolen our brand new suit which we left in the room, after we checked out and when we called to pick it up they denied finding any suit. And when we reported this incident by phone and message, the staff reaction was very cold and they just apologized without checking cameras or investigating the incidents

Liked: Walking distance to CVS, train.
Disliked: Room did not include at least water in the welcome. Breakfast did not have vegan options.

If you want to stay...

Liked: The hotel is located in a rather industrial neighborhood. There’s a shell gas station across the street. A sub par shopping center is a few blocks away. I was surprised when the cab driver pulled up. I thought it was on a rather seedy street. However if you walk several blocks you will find Cambridge Street which is much nicer and has some decent restaurants.
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. The omelette looked and tasted like plastic. The Turkey sausages looked and tasted horrible. The dining roomed gets packed with little available seating. The staff in my opinion were not very professional. The hotel took a $50 deposit when I checked on . I told the woman who checked me in ( Kelsey ) that I would not be using this card (debit) to pay the final bill. I have done this at numerous hotels with NO problems. Luckily I checked my balance the day after. The hotel took the entire bill out of my account wiping out any money available. I asked them to reverse it the morning of the second day. I was told it would be in my account in 24-48 hrs. It took up to the middle of my last night or early morning of the day I checked out to be refunded. It was a major inconvenience. The microwave in the room didn’t work.

Nice spot for a weekend...

Liked: Complementary hot breakfast was great. Had 3 hot buffet-style options that changed each morning, including eggs/bacon/sausage/hash browns. Limited to 2 items from the dairy fridge. Also had cold options like bread/bagels/cereal. Self-serve drink machine. Right next to a shopping plaza for groceries/clothing.
Disliked: Location is about 20 minutes walking to Boston proper. About 2 or 3 blocks away from the Metro station.
