Liked: The Hotel Staff was exceptional in each department (front desk, cleaning, breakfast). We were bummed out about the hot tub not working and I feel an e-mail could have been sent as it was down for weeks and they didn’t know when it would be working again.The room was comfortable and the main beds were very nice! The sofa bed was not comfortable. It had a broken bar on it and also the bed was very dirty. We arrived late with young kiddos and didn’t want to switch rooms at 10:00 so I cleaned the bed for my son to sleep in. The pool area was very nice but also fairly dirty. Lots of hair, wrappers, etc in the pool and just untidy in there overall but my kids were SO excited to swim and didn’t care too much. I went around and cleaned up a bit in there but chose not to swim because of this. The morning breakfast was 10/10! Fresh, hot, well stocked with protein of many sorts (meats, yogurts, eggs, milk). Gluten free and dairy free options as well. The friendliness of the staff and the selection at breakfast would be enough to return!

Liked: Front desk and cleaning staff were super friendly, breakfast was good, and the rooms were spotless. One of the best experiences we’ve had with a Holiday Inn!
Disliked: The hot tub was down for maintenance.
