Taking business when advertised amenities...

Liked: Not much to like.
Disliked: None of the amenities advertised were working or available. Hot tub broken, fitness center not there, wifi didn't work, TVs could not hook up to streaming services, rooms were slapped together so poorly that the floor boards flexed and popped, carpet edges were peeling up. Staff were not pleasant.

Superb

Liked: Recently renovated rooms with comfortable beds and spacious layouts. The room and bathroom are spotless and modern. Staff are exceptionally friendly, and there's a great variety of breakfast options available.
Disliked: The refrigerator and bathroom fan were quite loud, which was a bit disruptive. Also, getting to the hotel from the Amtrak station required a bus or Uber ride.

Liked: Cinnamon rolls are on point. Room was nicely remodeled. Staff was super nice
Disliked: The location was under renovation so half of it seems closed off with plastic wrap. The breakfast area was moved to a small conference room while the lounge was under construction. The selections were not on par with other Holiday Inn Express I have stated at. The breakfast selection was sparse and drink options were large bottle of warm juice on a table. The warm cinnamon rolls were on point tho. Our room was completely remodeled which was nice. But as for the rest of the hotel, it's was in pretty worn shape. It will look great once the renovations are over but at the price per night of what I paid, 179.00 was way too much.
