Liked: Booked a suite. Was not a suite. Just a normal room with a pull out couch. Very disappointing. Got kicked out of the jacuzzi 30 minutes early cause it was “too loud” when we were quietly talking.

Liked: Before check-in, I was charged for four rooms. But when I arrived at the property, I was told that only three rooms were booked, and I was only refunded the deposit for three rooms. Then, I was charged again for four rooms.The deposit was also not returned to me at check-out, and no one has resolved this despite my repeated contact with Booking.com.On top of that, the next day, I was charged a cleaning fee without any notice. This whole experience was extremely disappointing. I will never stay here again, and I will not recommend this place to anyone.
