Liked: Absolutely NOTHING
Disliked: I had booked two rooms for 1 night, we arrived early around 12pm and the foyer was an absolute mess. We were told that the rooms weren't ready as the hotel had been fully booked the night before by a sports team, and it seemed that no cleaning had taken place all morning...We asked if we could possibly get our rooms allocated as we were going to a show and would only be back after 10 pm that evening. Apparently this could not be done! When we arrived back at the hotel at 10:30 that evening there was a terribly rude individual at the reception who told us that our booking would be honored as there was an issue with the payment and booking.com - even though the payment had already been secured on my bank account by the hotel. The manor in which we were treated was totally unacceptable and would advise against booking at this hotel. As international travelers we have never experienced such bad service and I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner! We were not the only people affected by the bad service, there were a number of families in the reception complaining.One family had been sent to an already occupied room, another had been waiting for assistance for a room from the afternoon! The hotel had been over booked, and they had absolutely no people skills to deal the mess that ensued....We were sent away in the middle of the night and had to try and find accommodation, strangers in a strange town! THANK YOU, HILTON HOTELS, FOR coming to our rescue and for the absolutely amazing service

Liked: The location.
Disliked: We booked 2 rooms. There was only 1 available. We were told the staff walked out and the rooms had not been cleaned. So we could not check into the room immediately. We decided we will try and make one room do for the family. The front desk clerk said he would bring us a cart for my son to sleep on. It was going on midnight and we had not heard from him each time we would check on it he would say he would bring it. My husband saw him on our floor and thought he was bringing it to the room but instead he told my husband he was gone for the evening and go check downstairs for the cart. Once my husband went downstairs to check on the card we were told that they did not have any carts. So my son had to sleep on the floor. We were very disappointed in our stay there. Also, as guest were arriving the front desk clerk was sitting in his car as a line of people were waiting to be checked in. It was totally unprofessional.
