Liked: Good location, pleasant front desk employees. Decent breakfast and good coffee.
Disliked: I was disappointed to be given a room on the first floor right next to a meeting room and slightly across from the housekeeping facility, especially since I am an IHG member. The hotel was by no means full and I am sure there were better rooms available. I haven’t stayed at Holiday Inn express in a while since I felt the quality was going down hill and there doesn’t appear to be any improvement.The bathroom in the room was in pretty bad shape. There were signs of mold.

Decent enough for the money...

Liked: Great area. Friendly staff. Good basic breakfast.
Disliked: Indoor pool was too cold and cloudy to use. Indoor pool room was cold as well. Room had a few ants and the lighting was not bright enough for makeup. All yellow style lights that weren't bright. Elevator seemed like it was going to break at any moment. No paperwork posted for when it was last checked. Limited close parking.

Disliked: So I have a issue for the housekeeping. We stayed 2 nights. I told the receptionist, I guess he was the manager to do the housekeeping when I get out. When we came back we saw just trash cleaning nothing was cleaned. They didn’t even touch the bed also no vacuum. Very disappointed and unacceptable from hotel management. I visited holiday inn in that location at least 4times but never ever seen anything like this. But this time it happened.
