The associate that greeted me when checking in was very helpful in arranging my room change. Offered me my 100 pts and found me restaurants close by, and directions to the Sands for my performance for that night.

Liked: Our check in woman and check out (the same person) was very polite and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

Horrible experience, NEVER COMING BACK,...

Disliked: The hotel overbooked the rooms, we end up driving back 3 hours home, Raven/front desk was very rude and manage herself with a very nasty attitude, she told me that booking.com only reserved one room, so I called them and she started yelling at the booking.com representative, he asked for the manager and she transferred the phone to me. She should not be at the front desk, she is not qualify to work with people. Her only offer was me to cancel my reservation, I asked for a paper saying that my reservation was cancelled due to overbooking and she refused to give me the note and she said that she will not give hel last name either. On our way home I received an alert from my credit card saying that Holiday Inn charged me for two rooms, so I called the hotel main number, I explained the situation and Austin the customer service rep. apologized saying that he is not sure why Raven said that there were no more rooms even though the system was still showing at 10 pm that there were 5 rooms available. This was a nightmare for me and my family. AVOID THIS HOTEL

Disliked: It was so loud from the doors slamming to the trucks driving on the highway.

Disliked: Customers that taking up 2 parking spots. Floors in room have to be vacuumed better. Room appliances should be cleaned or dusted more
