Staff was outstanding!

Liked: Staff was great, property was under construction. Expectations were met, however, everything seemed a little worn out.
Disliked: Traffic in front of property.

Liked: This was the first Holiday Inn to have stayed in that had a soft bed and I loved it. I actually got sleep. Also have too firm of beds.
Disliked: The renovation took away from our vacation being comfortable and relaxing. Also, the price was almost double of that I paid at all the other Holiday Inn's I stayed at. Not worth what I paid even if it were not under renovation. I will not stay at this location again when I'm in town.

Liked: Everything great except the mildew smell in room was bad, assumed there was recent water issue. Was on top floor. I’ve had allergy symptoms since leaving 4 days ago. Otherwise a nice room.

Gouged tornado victims.

Disliked: Gouge tornado victims $50 for pet. Blinds didnt work. Filthy hallways. Attempting to stay open during construction a mistake. But why charge $220 for this place vs normal $130 just because you had demand from poor tornado victims. I moved to Hilton. Only $145.

Liked: Location was perfect.
Disliked: Unfortunately, a huge storm blew through. The power went off due to the tornado. We had to check out a day early. I’m hoping we will not be charged for the night we were unable to stay.
