Liked: Pool hot tub and very comfortable bed
Disliked: Clean, good selection of drinks and snacks for late nights also decent breakfast

Disliked: I am extremely disappointed in our experience with both Booking.com and Holiday Inn Bedford. We did a search for Mitchell, SD on Booking com . Holiday Inn came up and we booked it. When we got to the hotel, we were informed we had no reservation. We were there for a funeral and paid over $300 for the last room available. We contacted Holiday Inn in Bedford, Indiana where the booking was made in error and they refused to refund our money so we ended up paying for two rooms in two different states the same night for over $500. We will never use Booking com again and have an unfavorable view of Holiday Inn as a result of this experience.

Liked: Very clean
Disliked: Was supposed to have 2 queen beds, ended up with a king. My kids had to sleep in the floor. Tub didnt drain and the bathroom door didnt lock.

A horrible experience.

Liked: The worker at the desk was rude and then refused to honor our reservation and we were told to leave and we did and had a nice stay at Spring mill Inn.
Disliked: The receptionist could have been nice and not so rude to my husband.

It was good as always

Liked: We bring my 4 year old daughter here in the winter at least every other month for something fun to do because it's to cold outside to do anything else and she loves to swim..we call it her papa pig holiday.everyone is always so nice
Disliked: I think the breakfast could be a little better it's not bad but also not the best .
