Disliked: Booking.com once again changed my booking from a one bedroom with two queen beds to a one bedroom with a king bed. This is not what I requested for. Booking.com gave the assurance I will get a room with two queen beds only to be Stuck with a king bed on arrival at the hotel. Third parties overbook. It's not worth paying less through third parties if I'm not going to get what I paid for.

Liked: Love the cleanliness, the location and the value.
Disliked: The front desk clerk is rude every time I come to this hotel. She can never find my reservation and is rude to me in turn. Once she did find my reservation she sent me to a room that was already occupied.
