Worst day at holiday inn...

Liked: Not much. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: No greeting when I first came in. The person at the front desk seemed like I was bothering her. She didn't say hi, she just started asking for my last name and the last 4 digits of the credit card. The room had not been made meaning that isn't that the the top cover of the bed was not put on. The floor was not vacuumed, you can see the crumbs of previous food that people had. I had to twist the blinds in order to get light in. Because I could not pull up the shades whatsoever.

Liked: Location and comfortable
Disliked: When I originally booked it stated that I could get a smoking room. Once I arrived they tell me that it’s 100% no smoking. Why are you doing false advertising

I was not satisfied

Liked: Location ONLY. It was close to the Addis Community Center where my wedding was held on June 14, 2025
Disliked: I was staying here for my wedding, I checked in on Friday in which the TV did not work. I called front desk and advised and they stated they would give me another room. Due to my already been set up and decorated for my wedding bridal party, I chose not to switch rooms. The second issue is that the air went out, maintenance was called to check on it to confirm it was not in fact working and I would need to be switched to another room. And I did Saturday morning, it was HORRIBLE! I had to take my bridal pictures in a stuffy room, I was not offered a discount or anything else for THEIR inconvenience
