Liked: The staff are polite
Disliked: Got bed bug infestation, felt itchy when sleep and found bites over whole body when woke up

Liked: Big shout out to the lady in the breakfast bar…she was awesome and deserves a big bonus
Disliked: Hotel is dirty; lights in bathroom didn’t work; AC didn’t function well; fan in bathroom wouldn’t turn off and we were told that’s just the way it is!??

Liked: I thought the breakfast was very well laid out the breakfast room was very clean and there was an employee wiping counters down and helping people and doing a fantastic job. That was some thing that I definitely noticed and for reasons like that, I will return to the Holiday Inn
Disliked: I thought the room could’ve been a little bit cleaner, and the coffee maker should’ve been functional and the Kleenex container should’ve had a box of Kleenex in itAnd during winter months, I would put a floor mat in whichever rooms are being occupied so we could put our snowy wet boots onto a mat rather than a nice clean white floor that we walked into
