We just had a bad experience at check in; our room was OK but to be honest, nobody likes to be treated with attitude right when you're about to check in - makes you not want to stay there ever again.

Liked: Our bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: The girl that checked us in (don't know her name but she's pregnant) had really bad customer service plus she gave us keys to a room that already had people in it. It was very embarrassing going up to the 3rd floor and trying and trying and trying to open the door only for a guest to open the door, who I'm pretty sure we woke up because it was really late at night - they asked us what our problem was and closed the door on our faces. This was my first bad experience in a hotel ever. Please talk to that girl in check in.

Liked: Room was very clean and quiet and breakfast was delish customer service workers and chef were nice and very helpful.

Liked: The location, staff and food was good.
Disliked: We had to change our room because the shower head was missing and the ice machines were broken during the stay. The bottom lock had been replaced, so it was hard to lock the door.The staff did accommodate the room though.
