Hector, Anaheim, visiting Morongo Casino Resort and Spa

We just had a bad experience at check in; our room was OK but to be honest, nobody likes to be treated with attitude right when you're about to check in - makes you not want to stay there ever again.

Liked: Our bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: The girl that checked us in (don't know her name but she's pregnant) had really bad customer service plus she gave us keys to a room that already had people in it. It was very embarrassing going up to the 3rd floor and trying and trying and trying to open the door only for a guest to open the door, who I'm pretty sure we woke up because it was really late at night - they asked us what our problem was and closed the door on our faces. This was my first bad experience in a hotel ever. Please talk to that girl in check in.

Very nice hotel

Liked: The cleanliness breakfast was amazing they had pancakes was very quiet
Disliked: The pool needed to be cleaned. It was like the filters weren’t running and they only had 3 chairs by the pool.
