Rude and rushed by staff.

Liked: The area has a lot within walking distance
Disliked: The hotel staff were very rude during checkout. Checkout was 11 but by 11:05 (as I’m trying to get dressed and head downstairs to extend my stay) house keeping is banging on the door. Instead of asking if I’m staying over I’m told “ you need to hurry and leave”! After I told them I’m extending I was told “you need to go downstairs right now, hurry up”. I say ok and close the door so I can put on pants. 2 minutes later the manager is at my door telling me I need to hurry up. After experiencing that type of treatment I chose to stay at a different hotel. The manager and the staff should be kind to paying customers!

Liked: We were in town for a wedding and the hotel was 18 mins away from the venue. It is also located near the airport. There were several places to grab a bite to eat in walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel was good as well.
Disliked: The hotel doesn't let you pay cash when checking out.
