Disliked: seemed understaffed, especially re the breakfast buffet. got there at 8 and most of the chafing dishes were empty, plates were gone etc. saw that a sign at the front desk said something like “back soon.” suspect front desk person was doing double duty in the kitchen. sorry to complain, but we paid $480. that’s a lot. in the room, the coffee maker plug didn’t go into the wall socket.
