Liked: Room was really nice. Very clean. also loved the window shade, that was great.
Disliked: The pillows were not my fav, but thats just me really. and pool was closed, but it looked very nice. I look forward to swimming next time!

Liked: Unfortunately, our initial room had a leaking toilet but the staff was so great, kind and courteous and immediately had us move to a different room. Much appreciated!
Disliked: I didn’t like that the fitness gym was under construction but the pool area was very nice

Liked: Disappointed with booking.com and the inability to interact with the site. I wanted to cancel and stay with relatives and could not
Disliked: There is a problem with phone answering at the site

Liked: The breakfast was well stocked and had a nice variety.
Disliked: The front staff sometimes made it seemed like we were bothering them if we needed something like tp.
