Liked: The location was nice. The staff who checked me in was nice. Walking distance to a lot of stores.
Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned correctly. The view from the room wasn’t good.

Disliked: Yes, I was given a room that required I go down 3 steps and put my cart of luggage down a ramp where I actually lost control of the cart and it ran into the wall. I was not told at check-in about the steps nor was I sked if they might be a problem.

Disliked: Nothing hot water. I tried to check in at 1:00, the room was not ready no big deal except when we went to check it at 9:00 that night we were told no hot water. In my opinion I feel that should have been mentioned earlier that day.

Disliked: We booked our stay over the phone with the hotel using our credit card and by the next day (and multiple times a day for the next few weeks) our card number was being used at a store a few miles away from the hotel. We live nine hours away. Didn't notice until I got my statement and about $3000 was racked up. Cancelled card and was reimbursed by my credit card company. Subsequent charges were denied, but they are still attempting to use our card.
