The room was clean and...

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk crew was pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: I would probably stay again; however, I think some things could be better for the accessible bathroom. We had requested an accessible room since mobility was an issue. The shower was not really conducive for a person in with mobility issues. If we had been in a wheelchair, we would not have been able to use the shower since there was a 1/2- to 3/4-inch-thick threshold across the shower floor that a chair would not be able to roll across without help. The shower itself was very small; in fact, it was a single stall shower without a lot of room in it. (Almost no room for elbows to go up) Also, all of the accessible rooms in this hotel were far away from the elevators, so a person with mobility issues that is not in a chair has to walk all the way to the end of the hall to their room. All accessible rooms should be located close to, or near the elevators, in every hotel.

Great room and stay but...

Liked: The staff was friendly. Loved the bed and sheets.
Disliked: After checking in and unpacking we realized the large gap under the hotel door into the hallway. Large enough for us to roll a towel and place it under the door into the gap. After noticing the gap and going to lock the manual lock, it didn't line up with the door frame cutout for the deadbolt. We stayed on the 1st floor, very tall ceilings, great room overall. We just didnt want to have to go through changing rooms with the dogs and after unpacking. We knew we'd be ok with the "swinging door flip guard".

Great experience besides the bed...

Liked: Very polite staff! Hot tub and easy access to rooms.
Disliked: Very very very dusty bed sheets. Your allergies will make you want to wake up and find another place to stay. May need to clear the lint traps out more often in the driers.
