Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Albuquerque Midtown

Great room. Modern hotel - our room had a king bed, a couch, a desk, a refrigerator, a microwave, a closet and great coffee. The surrounding area is sketchy but we felt safe.

Don't count on getting the...

Liked: It was basic service.
Disliked: Requested king size bed but received room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. The queen beds seemed to be smaller than conventional queen beds. I don't understand why this is advertised and then Holiday Inn in Albuquerque emails you stating they don't know if they can accommodate that and then they don't accommodate the request. Why are they advertising on Booking.com when they can't or don't fulfill the request?

Disliked: Window room 317 has a spotlight shining at it and the window treatments do not work. The Holiday Inn at Guthrie, OK room 307 had window treatments that were excellent to fix your problem .
