We went to see a concert at the Isleta Amphitheater. Very close to venue, but when you are leaving the amphitheater after your event you will be rerouted, so make sure you have a GPS. Very comfortable hotel. It was quiet and had a wonderful staff. I would stay here again.

Liked: Very clean room. Comfortable.
Disliked: Bus and semi truck took up much of the parking when we got in late.

We were met with friendly service and the accommodations were very nice. We asked for help in locating different things at the front desk and the staff was very nice and helpful. I plan on staying at the hotel again soon.

Liked: Staff very friendly.
Disliked: I would have like to have been able to eat a small breakfast before I checked out but I had an early flight out of Albuquerque and breakfast wasn’t available at that time in the morning.

Liked: I've only been to Albuquerque New Mexico three times. Each visit i stay at this location. I've even recommended it to family and friends. The location staff and the facilities make it top notch in my eyes.

Worst hotel experience

Liked: Nothing at all. Worst hotel experience
Disliked: Rude staff and guests. Staff was unprofessional. Hotel was dirty. Pool area was horrible. Tv didnt work. Made feel uncomfortable and unwelcome worst hotel experience of my life. Would not recommend.

Wonderful! Except...

Liked: I needed to take my son to the airport at 4 a.m. and this hotel was 2 minutes away so that was perfect. The staff was friendly, the beds were cozy, the room was clean and spacious and the free breakfast was good quality and had variety.
Disliked: We needed a third bed so we opted for a queen suite with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was terrible! You could feel the springs right through the surface. My son woke up with indentations in his skin from the springs in the mattress!
