Disliked: The elevator is sketchy, to say the least. Several rooms need repairs that are being overlooked. Robert was AMAZING! And he would be the only reason for coming back! As well as the housekeeping staff!!

Great stay with ocean views.

Liked: Check in was great. Robert at the front desk was awesome, very friendly and helpful. When we entered the room there was no shower curtain in the bathroom and the window shade was not functional. We notified Robert at the FD took care of it both but when we entered the room again that night the window shade was still stuck and we were not able to bring it down to block the sun. We pulled it off the tracks by accident when pulling it and it came down but it was already late and we were going to sleep. So we placed it just so that the shade covered the window for the night. Other than that it was great. Breakfast was good like always, staff was friendly.
