Disliked: I booked a king bed and they gave me a queen double bed. Tried double charging me without checking reservation. Bathroom was dirty black mold in corner of shower.

Liked: We always feel safe here. The breakfast is AMAZING!!! The staff always go above and beyond to make us comfortable.

Liked: The front desk staff and the lady working the kitchen during breakfast were polite and helpful . I liked that there was Dove to shower with. Had nearby Walmart and gas station if needed. Comfortable enough. Price reasonable for the holidays.
Disliked: Facility is a bit dated. People smoking outside at the entrance. Very slow elevator. No sensor to stay open if you have a limb in the opening. Our bathroom was not clean. Hair in the tub. Toilet wasn't clean. Floor had a dirty shoe mark. Debris in the bathroom corner. Didn't like that sink was outside of toilet/shower area. AC didn't blow out high enough. Fake fingernails and sunflower seeds in hallway from the time we arrived until departure. Only saw a housekeeper once and she was down in the lobby. Fridge didn't get cold. Old iron. Breakfast was not desirable. Meat wasn't good. Potatoes hard and bland. Bacon served Friday morning and that was good. The sausage patties were not neither were the premade omelettes. I liked the access to I-24.
