Liked: The room. The bathroom. The pool.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit was cracked. Unsightly. The breakfast did not offer dairy free eggs. This was a first. I look forward to a continental breakfast with scrambled eggs. They only had omelets with cheese.

Liked: Your staff must communicate better. We showed up...they had given me 2 rooms for 1 nite instead of 1 room for 2 nites. The second day I was there, when I approached the desk about my bill..they thought I was checking in...AGAIN? One hand didn't know what the other was doing! Didn't need the stress. Too many hotel options in the area for me to have to deal with this nonsense. I'll stay elsewhere. Suggest you do the same!

For a Holiday Inn it...

Liked: Able to check in late.
Disliked: Parking lot was a little sketchy and looks like it could all use some updates. Not enough towels and there was a huge stain on one of the pillow cases.
