We were pleasantly surprised by...

Liked: Cordial staff, great location, comfortable beds.
Disliked: Breakfast offerings were just okay.

Hotel was clean and convenient.

Disliked: Only problem is we arrived and I received an email stating early arrival was approved. We were there for a wedding and had just a short time to get ready prior. Checking in the lady said no and that email did not come from them it was from booking. Com and pretty much she could do nothing. So why the email if not true. They did their best and got us in 20 min before their regular ck in. We made it work. Now I will second guess when booking through a site. Never have had problem prior doing it. But again all worked out

Pleasant

Liked: Convenient location. Breakfast was good but wish coffee service wasn't from a machine. Room was clean. Temp control worked.
Disliked: Room and facility could use an update. Stains on furniture. TV channels were a little difficult to navigate.

great staff, loud hotel.

Liked: The location was very convenient. The staff was delightful, kind and competent.
Disliked: The hotel was just not very soundproof - the door didn't go to the floor, so hallway noise was very loud, and we were stuck in a room near the lobby, so we could hear EVERYTHING. In addition, the hotel was just loud - every sound seemed to carry - the sound of people walking (respectfully, normally) in the hallway above our room, or just walking in the room above us, conversations at normal volume in the hallway or neighboring rooms, we heard it all.

Comfortable rooms with bad managers.

Liked: Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the sheets/comforter were soft, clean lobby and dining area, spacious parking lot
Disliked: The staff was extremely unprofessional in my opinion - they were arguing in front of us during check-in, rolling eyes and talking negatively about people they were on the phone with, smoking cigarettes outside right next to the entrance doors, loud personal conversations I could overhear from my hotel room (as they sat outside smoking). Rhonda was particularly rude and not at all representative of a manager of a business that specializes in customer service. We were in a rush to get to a concert and one of the lower level employees made a mistake and changed dates during check-in, Rhonda was impatient and insisted on us waiting around for them correct their own mistake - adding stress to our timeline to get to the concert we traveled for. There was one woman (the lower level employee) who WAS extremely helpful and accommodating but I cannot remember her name. If it wasn’t for her, we may have walked out of the hotel lobby.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: We stayed in a room with double beds and a roll in shower. You would think that it was a handicapped room. It’s not. The bed was hard to get in and out of. It would have been nice to have a handrail attached to the bed to hold on to. The chairs in the room were also not easy to sit in. They need to have chairs with arms. As for the bathroom, they need to have grab bars on both sides of the toilets (not just on one side).

It was a nice overnight...

Liked: I only made it around the first floor. Everything was clean and easy to navigate.
Disliked: The only thing I can say is the side exit doors closed really loud.

Need noise machine

Liked: Very clean and in a good location
Disliked: Very thin walls. So noisy outside our room as well as above our room.

Disliked: No bacon during breakfast
