I did not/could not stay...

Liked: Very dirty and buggy
Disliked: It was filthy. Blind did not go up and down in the room.

Overall, good hotel

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the location was great.
Disliked: It was loud at night. There were people yelling and making noise and a dog barking. There were also a couple of annoying gnats in the room. I couldn’t even eat my food in peace.

We had a good time...

Liked: I was actually too late getting downstairs for breakfast, but the staff was able to provide us with muffins which we greatly appreciated. The front desk staff and the maintenance staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating! We would stay at this location again.
Disliked: My only complaint is that we didn't get a walk-in shower in our bathroom. I can't remember if I specifically requested handicap accommodations, but my sister would have been able to utilize the shower better if it had been a walk-in shower. She was grateful that there was a handicap bar on the shower tub.

Disliked: Staff was not helpful. Key wouldn’t work. The door looked liked it had been broken into at some point. We couldn’t get anyone to help us get into the room. Another guest helped up get into the door after several tries.
