Friendly efficient staff, decent room...

Liked: The front desk employees were friendly and efficient.
Disliked: My TV did not work. I called the front desk to let someone know and was told by Shirley that she didn’t know anything about TVs. She said I could get a discount or points for my TV not working.

Poor

Liked: Arrived late. Given the wrong room and woke another patron. Had I been her, I would have been horrified
Disliked: Waking others as noted above. Also, the breakfast was pretty much not in operation by 8:30

Liked: Horrid staff.

Exceptional

Liked: Excellent staff. They were very friendly and gave us the manager's personal number. I really appreciate the service. Wifi was good enough to get all of my work done. Room was spacious and easy to sleep in.
Disliked: The lights were off. When we arrived the lights on the outside of the building were off. It made it look like it was closed. It was a little awkward, but not a big deal to us. I would recommend this location.

Liked: Good location. Clean room( thank you hotel employee). Good breakfast
Disliked: Very minor, wish they would have bar soap to prevent standing up and down to get soap off the wall for a bath.

Exceptional

Will stay there again next...
