Liked: Super convenient location right off the highway, Joe at the front desk was very friendly even with our late check in at midnight. The rooms are spacious and clean

Disliked: The parking availability was horrible. I had to park in another hotels parking lot. I couldn’t even park in the parking lot of the hotel that I was actually staying in.

Liked: Gal at the front desk on the night if our arrival was so pleasant and friendly
Disliked: Unfortunately the toilet was broken in our room. The desk clerk immediately moved us to another room (suite). After 9 hours of driving, we were very very appreciative of this🙂

Poorly managed. Doesn't live up...

Disliked: Booked 2 king suites through Booking.com. When I got there, they tried to change one room to a standard double queen 3 times. After the 3rd time, they told me that they didn't had a king suite available. Then they said I could have a double queen suite for an upcharge! They ended up giving it to me for the same cost after I got upset and started looking for other hotels. The breakfast on the first morning was a nightmare. All the food was gone and it was very messy. The usual kitchen attendant apparently had the day off. Two men were running everything.

Liked: The staff day and night were very accommodating, professional, and pleasant. I felt welcomed when I checked in and encouraged to return when I checked out. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.
