The experience left me emotionally...

Liked: The easy access off the highway and the breakfast had a nice variety.
Disliked: Despite submitting a request for late check-in, which was confirmed via email, I was informed upon arrival that my reserved suite had been given away. This was particularly distressing as we were traveling and had planned accordingly based on the confirmed reservation. Furthermore, the front desk staff member on duty was unhelpful and discourteous. When I inquired about compensation or alternatives for the inconvenience, my concerns were ignored. The check-in process was unnecessarily prolonged, taking over 30 minutes, during which other guests in line also expressed their frustration. The staff member's response was simply, "I'm only one person,". I believe that adequate staffing, especially during weekend nights, is essential to provide quality service and handle unforeseen issues efficiently.I kindly request:An explanation for why my confirmed reservation was not honored.Information on the steps your hotel will take to prevent such occurrences in the future.Consideration for appropriate compensation due to the inconvenience and subpar service experienced.I hope to hear from you within the next [7-10] business days regarding this matter.Thank you.

Disappointed because I wanted to...

Liked: The location was good and the continental breakfast was good
Disliked: I booked this property because it had an indoor pool but the entire time of our visit the pool was closed. I would’ve booked somewhere else that was cheaper without a pool if I had known that the pool accommodations were not going to be available.
