Disliked: Shower water is hot! Couldn’t bath comfortably & ac was making noises after midnight & cleaning staff knocking on door often even when sign was at door

Liked: It was all good friendly staff.
Disliked: I have yet to get a receipt from booking.com. The people at the hotel said since I booked at booking.com it would be emailed to me and that they could not print one up for me. I sure would like to get a receipt very soon.

The stay was ok

Liked: Didn't have the opportunity to try out the breakfast items
Disliked: Found hair on the bed and the sofa bed did had stains. There was no beidding to be found so went to front desk and was giving just a sheet and blanket. No pillows, no fitted sheets.

Disliked: Not enough towels, kept getting hot in room kept having to up a/c at night.
