Liked: Everything was great. Smooth check-in, super friendly and helpful receptionists. Clean, great area. No problem booking with 3rd party.

The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! The staff was very helpful in providing directions to the venue.

Seemed to be a quiet hotel - didn't hear much for doors slamming.
Liked: Very nice check-in process and pleasant, fast service; clean rooms.
Disliked: Couldn't get the shower to be very hot but it was okay.

I would definitely stay at the holiday inn express in downtown Minneapolis again.
Liked: Everything was neat.
Disliked: The shower flooded onto the bathroom floor.

Near convention centre
Liked: Free breakfast, good beds, friendly staff, good location.
Disliked: Limited parking. Room smelt a bit dank.

Liked: Most of the staff was super. The gentleman who takes care of the breakfast room super great.
Disliked: The hotel was in the middle of a remodel so the halls to the breakfast room where very clutter. One morning we could not use the elevator because they were painting the area.One of the overnight staff member was very rude. There is no parking provided by the hotel except s small lot that you have to reserve a spot ahead of time or you can't use it . There was nothing about this on the website.

Liked: Friendly staff, close to restaurants and bars.
Disliked: When I was checking in and preauthorizating my credit card it was declined twice, and it should have been. After calling my credit card company I was told it was because it was a chip card terminal and my card was not a chip card, I had to swipe which was bringing up an alert. I was told if the merchant had entered my card number manually it would've cleared. Just an awareness for the counter staff if they encounter that again.

Great stay and good breakfast.
Liked: I booked through a third party and they got my dates mixed up for check in. The staff at the hotel were very patient and very understanding. They comped our $15 a night for parking for all the inconvenience we with booking.com. Staff was very friendly and would def stay again but would book with hotel directly next time. Breakfast staff was also amazing and friendly.

Disliked: The only down fall we found was you need better signage had trouble finding it because we didn't see the sign in the dark
