It was good except for...

Liked: Location was good. Very clean and quiet
Disliked: Are room was supposed to be ready at 3pm and it was almost 4 pm before it was. I asked for a discount twice and was told the manager was not in. Didn't offer to let us go on to the pool while we waited with two little ones either.
