Disliked: I have a problem getting up from a sitting position. The toilet in the bathroom was very difficult and when I wanted to use the handicap bathroom in the lobby, it was out of order.

Liked: I did like the free breakfast, and it was your typical spread for that type of breakfast, and the staff in the breakfast area was phenominal, and your morning staff seemed to be very attentive and talkative with everyone.
Disliked: I did not like that the only working ice machine was on the 3rd floor at that time, and when we checked in, we were not told the times for the breakfast, as we checked in kind of late at around 12:00 am. We had some noisy guest near us, but we were to tired to notice after falling asleep. I would also like to get what I paid for next time, I booked for a king size bed and assumed that is what I paid for, but got two queens in my room. I could have paid less and gotten the two queens. The price difference was around 20 dollars, but hey, 20 dollars is 20 dollars. I also, wish, that someone would at least turn on the AC before we get there next time, or at least turn on the room environment, so we are not walking into a room full of hottness.

Excellent, empathetic, courteous front desk...

Liked: Spacious, clean rooms. Did not prefer the non carpeted room as sounds carry easier, not conducive to sound masking as well as carpet. We could hear our daughter singing in the bathroom in the next room and we told her and she was embarrassed. Other sounds carry from housekeeping carry easier with non carpet. The front desk worker was delightful. A younger gal from Philippines. Very welcoming, courteous and efficient. We had some challenges with booking.com with an accidental booking with the wrong hotel but she and her coworker were sympathetic and helpful. Our request to extend our check out an additional hour was granted which we were very pleased wit h and appreciated after the chaos of trying to sort out cancellation fees and a broken door. We tried 2 other hotels to book with near Holiday Inn and the front desk people were not impressive and we felt that we were bothering them so we did not book.
Disliked: Non carpeted rooms. Also our room key would not open the room but when we pushed on it without the key it opened. Security concerns. We contacted the front desk desk and they sent up a maintenance person who fixed the door.
