Disliked: I didn’t like that I paid $205 and when I arrived at 330pm my room was not really. They text me at 630 pm and said my room was ready. I have never had any problem until Friday June 13th

Disappointing

Liked: The room size is great. The facility has some upgrades.
Disliked: No prior knowledge that the elevator was out of order, so hoof it up the stairs with luggage. That is ok if you aren't a senior with a bad back and a husband with a heart condition.If you have less than 20/20 vision, good luck putting makeup on! The full-length mirror that you can get close to has no lighting, so you use the bathroom mirror and aim!!It was noisy because the door for the stairs slams shut.

Disliked: We wernt told the elevator was broke. They put us on the 3rd floor. Was given a handicapped room when we asked for a regular room
