Nice hotel but poor shuttle...

Liked: Good location. Comfortable stay
Disliked: Advertising airport shuttle but it doesn’t run all day. Only until 11:30 am. No afternoon service. Quite useless service

Not a clean establishment

Liked: I like location and free shuttle to airport.
Disliked: The hallway and rooms were not only dirty but smelly. I went downstairs to ask if something could be done and the front desk gave me fragrance to go spray room. I will never stay at a holiday Inn again.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Run down room, tile uneven in bathroom, TV bad had to get replace, toilet clogged up

Disappointing

Liked: Bed very comfortable! Breakfast help fantastic. Not happy about airport shuttle!! Had to pay 40 dollars for 2 mile ride due to no shuttle at that time!
Disliked: Shuttle hours dirty hallway carpets.

The room was convenient but...

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The rooms didn't have lamps with charging ports. Only charging ports were in a plug above the desk. It was not handy at all. Also the room lacked enough lighting. The bathroom was very dim and the tv was going out.
