Rooms were very, very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to concert was a great service.

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: Pool was cold and hot tub out of order. Shower head was old and not much pressure. Tub had chips in it and looked OLD. Bathroom needs an upgrade. TV was not smart, limited to what was on live TV.

Liked: It was a very nice place
Disliked: The cleaning crew kept coming into my room. They woke me up and then kept trying to come back in. It started before 9 am. Checkout was not till 12 pm.

Bad experience

Liked: Pool was ice cold. Hot tub jets were not working. Hot tub was busy because pool was too cold to get in. Our bathroom exhaust fan didn't work causing our room to steam up. Room seems to be very dark.Both elevators were broke had to use stairs on second day. We have stayed here before but will probably not return.
