I will stay here whenever...

Liked: The staff was exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was modern with a lovely walk-in shower. There were plenty of easily accessible outlets. Breakfast was excellent with multiple hot choices including a pancake maker. The coffee was high end with a machine that ground beans and brewed on demand. I can't review the gym or pool facilities as I did not have a chance to use them.
Disliked: Check in took a little longer for me as I was inputing info into a screen reader. Possibly all my information did not transfer over from the booking.

We will definitely be back!

Liked: Very clean and upscale atmosphere! Staff were super friendly, rooms were quiet, breakfast was excellent and offered a variety of choices.

Best breakfast bar ever!

Liked: The BEST breakfast bar I have ever eaten at. Kudos to Rudy, who’s in charge of the breakfast bar. All the food was fresh and a great selection. Also a very friendly front desk including Luis.
Disliked: Only one treadmill in the fitness center

Liked: Breakfast was good, good selection, the omelet was not good, but I simply chose something else.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub closing at 10pm is questionable to me. It isn't even staffed, and we would have enjoyed relaxing in there after a long day. We didn't get there until 8:30, and had to go eat first, so by the time we were back we had about 10 minutes. But no, at 9:59 it was very loudly announced that we had to get out. Everything else was great.

I would have stayed another...

Liked: Very very clean and the design was well thought out. The staff was exceptionally nice.

Liked: Outstanding value. Best HI Express I've ever stayed at, and much better than the Staybridge Suites over by the MOA. Free breakfast was excellent--great choices, hot food was hot, and amounts were plentiful. Room amenities were good, layout and finishes were very good--I liked the hooks on the wall for coats & place to put luggage. Staff provided exceptional customer service.
Disliked: I would have liked a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for putting on my makeup. Also, I was in a room with an adjoining room door--a full length mirror on the door would have been nice.
